Queen’s University Belfast Appoint Aurion Learning to Develop New Equality and Diversity eLearning Resource for its 3,700 Staff Members
Following the successful delivery of Queen’s University Belfast’s Student Equality and Diversity eLearning resource, Aurion Learning have been appointed by QUB to develop a targeted programme for staff in the same topic area.
In collaboration with selected subject specialists from Queen’s University, Aurion will lead the design and development of the new equality and diversity resource and create a custom eLearning programme that will be used as part of a wider training programme promoted by the University.
Commenting on the announcement, Client Services Director at Aurion Learning, Gavin Woods said:
“We are thrilled to partner with an organisation with such a strong commitment to equality and diversity and extend their suite of learning resources.
We first worked with Queen’s on this same topic over 10 years ago. Since then, the Equality and Diversity agenda has advanced and changed significantly, with the University at the forefront of change. Last year we also worked in partnership with Queen’s on content for use by the student population. This latest staff-facing programme will promote the University’s Core Values and reflect the benefits of diversity and inclusion in a modern, globally competitive workforce.”
The equality and diversity staff eLearning resource will be launched later this year.
