Learning Excellence for HSeLanD Highlighted at CIPD HR Awards
Posted on the February 20th, 2019
Judges prised HSeLanD for its strategic approach and received the award in recognition of its use of technology to drive a change in culture through learning.
HSeLand fought off tough competition to win the award on 15 February in Dublin, which saw HR and L&D professionals from across Ireland attend for a celebratory lunch.
In collaboration with the HSE, Aurion Learning has designed and developed HSeLanD to provide a full range of digital learning services, including custom eLearning modules, practice development hubs and capacity building to support the HSeLanD team.
HSeLanD has been offering learning and development opportunities to over 110,000 health and social care professionals across a wide range of disciplines since its launch in 2007.
However, in recent years it boosted its activity to facilities demand and the scale and practices across the organisation.
This latest recognition adds to a growing list of awards for HSeLanD, who have also been named as a finalist in the IITD National Training Awards for Best Organisational Development Initiative.
The winners of the IITD Awards will be revealed on 29 March, 2019. The very best of luck to all entrants.
