HSELanD revealed as finalist for this year’s CIPD Awards

We’re kick-starting the New Year with the news that HSELanD has secured a spot for ‘Use of technology in HR and people management’ at this year’s CIPD Ireland HR Awards.

HSELanD is the Irish Health Service Executive’s (HSE) online learning and development portal. As sole eLearning partner, Aurion Learning designed and developed HSELanD in collaboration with the HSE HR team.

The CIPD HR awards recognise outstanding achievement in people management and development, honouring the valuable contribution that HR and L&D make to the success of every organisation.

Available to over 110,000 health and social care staff at all levels within the HSE and associated organisations, HSELanD provides online learning and development opportunities that enable learners to develop new personal and professional skills, update and refresh existing skills and enables users to take responsibility for their own learning interventions.

This latest recognition adds to a growing list of accolades for HSELanD having scooped the title for ‘Most Innovative Use of Technology’ at the HR Leadership and Management Awards last year and several Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Gold Awards.

As well as delivering support and maintenance to HSELanD, Aurion Learning also provide a full range of online learning and development services, including custom eLearning modules and online learning consultancy to support the HSELanD team.
