Claire Nutt
Claire is the founder and CEO of Quantum HR, a company dedicated to transforming HR operations through digital innovation and process optimisation. As a Chartered Member of the CIPD, Claire combines her extensive HR expertise and a passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful change, with a focus on creating human-centred, agile, and efficient HR functions.

Kirsty Murphy Hughes
Kirsty Murphy Hughes is Group Sustainability Manager at daa, the commercial semi-state operators of Dublin and Cork Airports in Ireland. Kirsty has over 15 years of operational experience in large multinationals (Diageo, Kerry Foods, Glanbia) as well as in consultancy, specialising in data-led and customer-focused strategy development and implementation.
In 2018, Kirsty joined daa, and in 2020 combined her personal passion for sustainability with her work, spearheading the first ARI Global ESG strategy, published in 2021. Kirsty holds an integral strategic role within the Group Sustainability function and leads the Climate Positive Culture programme, delivering initiatives across decarbonisation, circularity and healthy local environments, as well as leading on data and reporting for the team.

John Curran
John Curran is a seasoned Learning Consultant at Aurion Learning and a mentor with the Learning Network. With over 25 years of expertise in digital learning, John is passionate about exploring innovative approaches to education and developing engaging online programmes.
