Further accolade for HSE’s Online Learning and Development Portal, HSELanD
In collaboration with the HSE HR team, Aurion Learning designed and developed HSELanD as their online learning partner.
This recent award follows a Gold Brandon Hall Award in 2016 for Best Learning Team and a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation in 2016 for the HSELanD and Aurion Learning team. The HSELanD team were also shortlisted for a 2017 Irish Institute of Training and Development award for Most Innovative Use of Technology.

HSELanD provides online training, learning and development opportunities to over 100,000 healthcare professionals within the HSE, health care and voluntary organisations throughout Ireland.
The online learning portal also provides healthcare staff access to over 140 E-Learning programmes, a PDP workbook, 360 degree competency assessment and 14 collaborative learning hubs to facilitate knowledge sharing among multidisciplinary groups.
As well as delivering support and maintenance to HSELanD, Aurion Learning also provide a full range of online learning and development services, including custom eLearning modules and online learning consultancy to support the HSELanD team.
The HR Leadership & Management Awards celebrate excellence in HR and recognise that it will be key to the future economic prosperity of the Irish economy. Winners were announced on Thursday 2nd March to over 300 HR industry figures at the Clayton Hotel in Dublin.
