Aurion Learning recognised as Investor in People for 15th year
Posted on the December 18th, 2020
We are thrilled to announce that Aurion Learning has maintained Investors in People accreditation.
Investors in People is the UK's leading people management standard, helping organisations to improve business performance through their people.
First achieved in 2005, and assessed against 9 key frameworks, the award represents a true commitment to our people, our values, and actions. It also demonstrates our dedication to create a company-wide culture of continuous improvement and drive for excellence for the learners and organisations we serve.
Commenting on the award, Ciaran O’Hare, Director at Aurion Learning said:
“At Aurion Learning, we lead with our love and understanding of learning, so I’m particularly pleased that Investors in People remarked on our commitment to fostering a culture of learning and development. I’d like to thank the entire team for their efforts and continued contributions.
This year is a real milestone for the company as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary and mark an exceptional year of growth, so it’s only fitting that we can add the success of retaining the Investors in People status to our list of accolades."
He added:
"Looking forward to 2021 and beyond, I’m excited to further build on our strengths and ensure the continuing development and improvement of the business and importantly, our people.”
Our most important resource is our growing base of talented people. Right now, we have the opportunities to become one of those people.
