Aurion Learning and HSeLanD shortlisted in the HR Leadership and Management Awards
Posted on the August 4th, 2021
The HR Leadership and Management Awards are designed to celebrate excellence in HR and recognise the best organisations and individuals and projects operating in HR in the Irish industry. The awards also showcase innovation and reflect projects in the main areas of excellence.
Aurion Learning’s and HSeLanD’s shortlisting in the Most Innovative Use of Technology category is recognition for their innovative approach to fully utilising technology to move HR forward and bring benefit.
HSeLanD is the Irish Health Service’s national online learning and development portal and provides a solid foundation for L&D initiatives to staff across the health services. Aurion Learning has collaborated with the Health Service Executive National HR- Capability and Culture function to supporting HSeLanD and innovate, reduce costs, and establish best practices.
Gavin Woods, Client Services Director at Aurion Learning said: 'We are delighted to have been shortlisted with the HSeLanD team once again at the HR Leadership and Management Awards. This shortlisting is a testament to the Aurion and HSeLanD teams' response regarding the urgent learning requirements of a global pandemic. Full credit goes to my colleagues and the extended HSeLanD team who continue to drive for excellence and deliver real value.”
Winners will be announced on Thursday 30 September at a special ceremony.
