Accessibility in eLearning in 3 simple steps:

Stage 1 - Audit: Expert review of learning content

Our experts will review your eLearning courses and platforms based on the WCAG 2.2 Accessibility Guidelines and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements. You’ll receive a:

  • Multi-point check against accessibility best practices for accessible eLearning.
  • Detailed report highlighting any areas of non-conformance.
  • Costed list of recommended improvements.

Stage 2 - Edit: Implementing fixes

Where possible, our expert team will work to fix any non-compliance issues highlighted in the audit and implement additional improvements based on your preferences. The content will:

  • Undergo rigorous QA testing, including screen reader checks.
  • Ensure the highest standards of accessibility in online learning are met.
  • Ensure your revamped eLearning modules can be confidently redeployed.

Stage 3 - Validate: Getting the seal of approval

Once the Aurion Learning team finishes implementing the suggested improvements to your eLearning modules, experts will review them to confirm they align with accessibility best practices.

  • Your content will undergo a compliance check.
  • If Aurion Learning can't make the fixes, we'll assist with your adjustments.
  • We can arrange a re-audit for final validation after your updates.
